A flexible network affiliation feature reduces the time and cost of provider maintenance. Business users can associate providers with product networks based on definable criteria such as product participation, service area, fee schedules and demographic data, thereby eliminating the need to maintain 1,000's of unique provider files. The system also provides full support credentialing and electronic reimbursements. Finally, an optional Web Portal solution is available to those companies pursuing Provider Self-Service strategies.
