AboveHealth can be installed quickly, making an Internet browser a powerful user interface for health plan employees, providers, members, employer groups, and brokers.

Built-in work bench architecture allows you to modify or customize many areas of AboveHealth without programmers.

Functions include: full management of current and new users; setup of employer groups and members for open enrollment access; review of all AboveHealth transactions before submitting them to your backend system; generation of usage and traffic reports; and updating of online health plan documents.

In addition, health plan administrators have access to all features and functions of the Member, Employer, Provider, and Broker portals.

Health Plan Homepage

The Health Plan Administrative portal is the core of the Healthation product suite. All key aspects of the product are managed from this portal. These are just a few sample 'vanilla' screens. All screens are client branded.

File Content

File Content List allows health plan users to search for a file, view a list of files containing configuration content, add a new file, and access detailed information on a select file, if permission is granted.

Report List

From the Report List, health plan users can select links to the following reports: Activity Detail, Member Journal, Activity Summary, Authorization Activity, User Session, Terms and Conditions, Role Restrictions, Preferences, Provider Acceptance, and Intervention Measures Usage.
