DentaQuest Selects Healthation's AboveHealth® Portal

Darien, IL, January 30, 2009 - Healthation, a leading healthcare claims and benefits management technology company, today announced that it has signed a ten-year Portal agreement with DentaQuest, Inc., one of the nation's largest administrators of dental programs, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. DentaQuest will implement AboveHealth, the industry leading, e-business healthcare portal, to deliver interactive, real-time communication and administration capabilities to its Health Plan, Member, Broker, Employer and Provider communities.

With the AboveHealth portal, DentaQuest will be able to enhance their service, extend their branding and employ a total stakeholder-centric solution while enhancing their current consumer outreach, communication, enrollment, and other administrative capabilities to its stakeholder community. The implementation of AboveHealth will allow DentaQuest to interact in real time via the internet with their customers. The Provider portal augments communication, administration, and authorization capabilities and provides the potential to reduce the costs of traditional provider authorization and credentialing operations while increasing workflow synergies between provider offices and in-house provider relations units. The Member portal will securely support open enrollment activities and other traditional customer facing operations with the objective of lessening internal call volumes and increasing the overall customer satisfaction. The Employer portal will enable employers to securely add and update member information online, provide online employer benefit summary and comparison details and request member ID cards. The Broker portal will enable viewing and printing of commission statements and allow brokers the potential to perform employee benefit enrollment and maintenance on behalf of their assigned employer groups.
