Healthation, Inc. Announces Appointment Of New Board Member

Darien, IL - June 19, 2008 - Healthation, Inc, a leading healthcare software technology company, announced today the appointment of Mr. David Engert to its Board of Directors. Mr. Engert brings more than 30 years of extensive healthcare software sales, organizational leadership, and product development experience to the Healthation board.

Mr. Engert currently serves on the Board of Directors of NightHawk Radiology Holdings, Inc. Nighthawk Radiology is a leading provider of radiology solutions to radiology groups and hospitals throughout the United States. Mr. Engert's past experience includes President and CEO of Quality Care Solutions Inc. (QCSI), the leading industry software company acquired by Trizetto offering QCSI and QNXT benefits and claims processing software. Prior to that, Mr. Engert held a number of executive leadership positions in various healthcare software technology organizations. These positions include the roles of Senior Vice President and General Manager at McKesson, McKesson Managed Care Division and also COO and Director at Health Watch Inc. With a solid reputation in the healthcare industry, Engert is recognized for increasing QCSI's revenues by approximately 300%.
