BridgeGate International and Healthation, Inc. Entered into An Original Equipment Manufacturer Agreement

Darien, IL, December 12, 2008 - BridgeGate International www.bridgegateintl.com and Healthation, Inc. www.healthation.com have entered into an Original Equipment Manufacturer Agreement that enables Healthation to incorporate and market the BridgeGate® version 4.0 integration platform to Healthation customers as part of a combined system or suite of proprietary products. BridgeGate granted Healthation a non-exclusive license to incorporate the BridgeGate® integration platform within Healthation's AcceleHealth® Real-Time Benefit Management System and AboveHealth® EHealth Suite.

Healthation's AcceleXchange, a state of the art integration and connectivity suite, will be powered by the BridgeGate® platform to offer more robust ETL and EDI functionality and to accelerate the real time transactional capabilities of the AcceleHealth and AboveHealth applications.

"We are excited to have BridgeGate as part of our platform. With this agreement, we will be able to enable our clients with secure communication and interoperability throughout our system," says CEO, Scott Kornhauser, Healthation, Inc.

About BridgeGate
BridgeGate® is a Transformation and Exchange Infrastructure system that allows disparate systems to be electronically connected together, whether in real-time or as batch processes, in order to exchange data. BridgeGate acts as a data translation platform, which allows data from one system to be passed transparently to another, even though the destination system may be potentially incompatible with the origination system. BridgeGate uses a layered architecture to achieve this functionality, and is a patented system owned by Object Innovation, Inc.; (D.B.A. BridgeGate International)

"We are truly excited about our new relationship and look forward to working together to meet our goals for further enhancing our providers' experience with significantly advanced self-service capabilities."
