Inside Sales Rep.

Summary

Healthation is a healthcare technology company helping Health Plans, Payers, Third Party Administrators and other Benefit Management companies improve their business performance with the industry's most advanced real-time Web-based benefit management solutions. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for contacting senior business and technology leaders to generate interest in our AcceleHealth® benefit management and AboveHealth® portal solutions. The ISR's primary objective is to leverage a variety of marketing resources, primarily the telephone, email, direct mail, and WebEx, as well as their experience and creativity to draw prospects to a one-on-one demonstration.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule introductory meetings and demonstrations with senior business leaders through...
    • Tele-prospecting
    • Targeted direct marketing
    • Tradeshows and events
  • Assist with development and execution of promotions
  • Assist with the ongoing development and execution of demand generation tools and activities
  • Coordinate pre- and post-event tradeshow campaigns
  • Revising/tuning campaign and communication materials
  • Analyzing/segmenting/prioritizing prospect data
  • Use Salesforce.com CRM system to document sales activity and contact history
  • Continuously improve the data quality within Salesforce.com CRM system

  • Effective teaming and leadership skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and related computer technology

Education/Training

  • 4 Year college degree or equivalent
  • Formal sales training/certification preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years inside sales experience
  • Experience selling complex/in-tangible solutions to executive level decision makers
  • Health Benefits Industry experience preferred.

Reporting Structure

The Inside Sales Representative will report directly to, or through a direct supervisor to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
