Daniel Knies, Founder & CTO
Driving the technical direction of Healthation and the overall architecture, design and support of its AcceleHealth® solution is Daniel Knies. Mr. Knies has leveraged his extensive background in information technology development and management in the pharmaceutical and banking industries to serve as the chief architect and development manager of AcceleHealth for the past four years.
Mr. Knies specializes in internet development and programming languages, operating systems, hardware platforms, database management system, IT systems design and development. Prior to founding Healthation he served as Director of Internet Initiatives and Provider Services for Prospective Health Incorporated (PHI), a subsidiary of McKesson Corp. and a leading supplier of information technology solutions for the pharmacy and pharmacy benefit management industry. Mr. Knies earned his Master's of Science Degree in Computer Information Science from the University of Phoenix.
